PHW Certification is now the PHW Collaborative.
As our name states, we want to partner with faith communities as they seek to live more healthy, whole, abundant lives. We have proudly done this for years through the PHW Certification program and the congregations that have participated have done and are doing amazing work.
Our focus is now shifting. We want to help our congregations go more deeply into the good work they are doing. Instead of only rewarding more activities, we want to recognize depth and sustainability, and the good work that congregations of all sizes are doing not only to promote health, but to live it out in their communities. We also want to facilitate connections and relationships between our congregations to share wisdom, provide support, and build a community around health and wholeness. Will you join us? Members of the Health and Wholeness Collaborative will be eligible to apply for a mini-grant in January 2018. Applications for the Collaborative must be received by November 15, 2017.
If your congregation applied for the PHW Collaborative by July 15th, there is still time to submit your mini-grant application for the July cycle. Mini-grant applications must be received by July 31st.
Please note that membership in the PHW Collaborative requires a yearly application.
